Attorney Golden is a native of Memphis, Tennessee. Upon leaving Memphis, she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Clark College in Atlanta, GA. While a student at Clark College, Attorney Golden became a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. where she is an active member today. After graduating from Clark College, Attorney Golden attended Atlanta University, concentrating in Criminal Law. Subsequently, Attorney Golden matriculated to the Howard University School of Law in Washington, D.C. obtaining her Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree.

Attorney Golden gives back to the community by giving lectures at High Schools, Middle Schools, and Churches concerning citizens’ rights. Kristin Golden serves as The Golden Law Firm’s Case Manager, Litigation Manager and the Director of Marketing. She is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. Kristin is a graduate of The Atlanta Girls’ School. Upon leaving Atlanta, Kristin received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia. During her tenure at Hampton University, she became a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. where she is an active member today.

After graduating from Hampton University, Kristin matriculated to Elon University School of Law in Greensboro, North Carolina. While attending Elon, Kristin was selected to represent the Law School as a Student Ambassador. Further, during her tenure at Elon Law Kristin gained experience as she was selected to participate in multiple internships. Kristin interned for the United States Department of Education in the General Counsel’s Office under the Honorable Arne Starkey Duncan. Kristin interned in the Fulton County Superior Court for the Honorable Judge Bensonetta Tipton Lane and the Honorable Judge Kirby L. Turnage. Further, Kristin interned for the City of Atlanta Solicitor’s Office under the Honorable Raines Carter. Kristin graduated from Elon University School of Law, obtaining her Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree. Kristin has extensive experience managing multiple law office settings.
