Dr. Cindy Smith and the Powerhouse Sisterhood Behind Elite Dolls of Faith

Dr. Cindy Smith is a woman on a mission — a mission rooted in faith, compassion, community, and fierce sisterhood. As the visionary founder of Elite Dolls of Faith, Dr. Smith has built more than just a non-profit organization; she’s created a global movement of women who lead with love and serve with purpose.
10 Years of Faith, Empowerment, and Impact
This year marks a decade since Dr. Smith launched Elite Dolls of Faith — a community-driven, non-profit women’s group that now spans 36 U.S. states and includes an international chapter in the Dominican Republic. What started as a passion project has blossomed into a prestigious organization of dozens of inspiring and motivated women from all walks of life — doctors, entrepreneurs, educators, caregivers, and more — all united by one common purpose: faith-based service and empowerment.

To celebrate this remarkable 10-year journey, Dr. Smith recently hosted a sold-out, three-day anniversary celebration in Atlanta, Georgia — and it was nothing short of legendary.
A Three-Day Celebration to Remember
The weekend kicked off with the “Dukes and Boots” party, where members let their hair down and hit the dance floor. With women flying in from across the country and beyond, the energy was electric — a true reunion of faith-filled, fun-loving sisters.
Next came the glamorous All-White Affair, a night dedicated to honoring the exceptional women within the organization. Held at the stunning Georgian Terrace Hotel, the event was filled with heartfelt moments — from touching prayers and joyful tears to powerful recognitions. Women who had gone above and beyond in their service were awarded honorary plaques from Dr. Smith herself. Guests enjoyed a beautifully catered dinner, an open bar, and a soulful live performance by saxophonist Georgia Rain.
The final night was the crowning jewel: the Dolls Ball. Members entered the grand ballroom in either mint green gowns (for current members) or chocolate gowns (for founding members), creating a breathtaking sea of elegance and unity. It was more than a party — it was a testament to what women can do when they come together with purpose.
A Sisterhood of Service
Elite Dolls of Faith is not just about style and celebration — it’s about service, outreach, and impact. Under Dr. Smith’s fearless leadership, the organization has fed thousands of less fortunate families, supported children in need, and provided hope and help to women from all backgrounds.
Each chapter is led by a “Leading Doll”, responsible for organizing local service events and continuing the mission of giving. Every member receives a personalized Doll name that reflects her character and purpose — a unique touch that makes this sisterhood all the more meaningful.
Whether it’s buying groceries for deserving mothers, hosting clothing drives, or supporting families in crisis, the Elite Dolls of Faith are on the front lines of change — and they do it all with grace and glam.
The Vision Moving Forward
Dr. Smith isn’t slowing down anytime soon. In addition to being a spiritual leader and community advocate, she’s also a fashionista and entrepreneur, owning the chic boutique Dressed by a Doll, where she styles women for fashion shows and formal events. Her style is as bold and beautiful as her mission — always polished, always purposeful.
Looking ahead, Dr. Smith has her sights set on an even more tangible goal: a physical community house for the Dolls. This space will serve as a safe haven — a place to house people in need, host outreach programs, and continue their work face-to-face with the community.
More Than an Organization — A Movement
The Elite Dolls of Faith is not just a nonprofit — it’s a living, breathing legacy of love, leadership, and loyalty. It’s proof that when women walk in faith and link arms, they can truly change the world.
And at the heart of it all? Dr. Cindy Smith — the woman who dared to dream, serve, and build a sisterhood unlike any other.
