American Soul Star Singing Competition Promises a $50k Record Deal to 1 Winning Artist & a Nonstop Train of BIG Surprises Along the Way. 

Avant- Garde Entertainment is pleased to present to the city of Atlanta their American Soul Star competition. This music competition show created for singers was founded by Michael D. Harper. Mr. Harper is a private attorney, businessman, and a lover of all thing’s music, which he mentions helped him conquer adversities. His record label Avant Garde Entertainment was created in 2009, and today he is on the search for the biggest artist to sign. The label is committed to helping artists in the areas of marketing, distribution, development and providing valuable resources necessary for a successful career. Not only is Mr. Harper highly passionate about his work and this trailblazing platform, he is enlisting the support of other powerful individuals to also contribute to the movement. There has been talk of several high-profile names in the music business who will be front and center for this competition. 

The mission of American Soul Star is to provide a platform for singers to express their authenticity through their music on stage to thousands of fans. There will be 5 big auditions beginning in January for artists to come out and showcase themselves at. Judges include Carisha J of Live with Carisha, recording artist Jhonni Blaze, and V103 FM Radio personality Danie B. This will be the perfect event to network at, meet other artists, and of course put all your effort into having a standout performance so that you walk home with the prize. The competition is open to artists from all the world, and should you not be able to attend any of the dates in person, you can send an audition tape online.

The American Soul Star judges will pick the initial 100 contestants for the show from the auditions. The fans will get to vote in the elimination rounds each week in order to narrow the field from 100 contestants until we reach our top 10 finalists.

The top 10 finalists will receive an all expenses paid trip to Atlanta, GA for the live show and final episode taping. The winner will be chosen by the American Soul Star judges and a celebrity guest judge to receive the $50k record deal with Avant-Garde Entertainment Inc.
